Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dario Bietresato.  At a young age my daughter Tanya was misdiagnosed as being gluten intolerant.  For the following 12 months she struggled with a new diet that consisted of gluten free products that were bland and tasteless while the rest of the family continued to enjoy wonderful foods.  As you can imagine when I told her that she was misdiagnosed and that she could resume eating “normally”, as a child, she was ecstatic! 

As a young adult my daughter continued eating healthy and whenever possible we would buy organic and gluten free products, and although this market has grown in the last few years,  we still find that when it comes to packaged goods, they are lacking in flavour. 

With these experiences in mind and having been in the food industry for over twenty five years I saw the need to develop a quality range of healthy organic treats.  As a person with a passion for food I wanted to offer a better choice to people with special dietary needs as well as those who choose organic products as part of their healthy lifestyle.

This is where the idea of Pure Addiction was born. 

 After carrying out extensive market research, we have developed a range of products that not only present well but are deliciously tempting like no other products available.   Our range of treats are all certified organic and some are gluten and cane sugar free.
